Over 4,200 households were asked to rank their ISP across 6 categories:

• Quality & Stability of Your Home Internet Service
• Download Time of Files & Web Pages
• The Clarity of Pricing & Billing
• After Sales Support
• Good Value for Money
• Speed of Service Activation

Sky was voted the best provider overall, gaining the top spot in every category and it appears that the satisfaction gap is increasing amongst the major players.

In particular, the low scores seen for after sales support, when compared to other
categories, demonstrates that customers feel neglected after they have signed on the dotted line.”
