The crash friendly ultra tough flexible foam body houses a lightweight lithium polymer battery that allows a good 10 minutes flying time when fully charged. The charging is done by simply plugging the Tandem Z-1 into the infrared transmitter so there is no need to plug it into the mains making the whole package very mobile.
